Working on Film set with THE MOB FILM COMPANY from Manchester

Hopefully getting the chance to work on a film set in the South West with THE MOB FILM COMPANY and team next week. Henry from qban8 films contacted me for a job and opportunity. Should be great fun and something different. The only way to learn is to experience and be in it to win it ha ha. After its high profile theatrical release in the UK it was nominated best documentary at the 2011 London Evening Standard British Standard awards and after a landmark screening on Capitol Hill in Washington DC in the Spring has resulted in the launch of an Amnesty International campaign calling for the release of the Angola 3.

In 2010 The Show Must Go On aired on Channel 5, starring Sir David Jason, which revealed the trials and tribulations of the actors and crew from an amateur dramatic theatre company, as they prepared to present a comedy play… in the West End.

2011 also sees production commencing on the fourth Terry Pratchett drama, Unseen Academicals, and The Man Who Invented Christmas, for Channel 4, CBC in Canada and TNT about Charles Dickens during the period he was writing A Christmas Carol.
